The course will follow the construction scheduling process that will be utilized during the actual building cycle, to include, the pre-construction land development phase, excavation phase, foundation phase, framing and shell dry-in phase, exterior and interior finishes, final grading and final occupancy.

The course will be generalized in theory, but tailored to the individual’s local jurisdiction’s land development and residential building requirements and permitting regulations.

I am a 3rd generation residential and light commercial builder and land developer. I have spent the last 40 years building both panelized and modular custom homes for both owner/builders and high volume, residential production builders. I have perfected a component and panelized system that’s tailored to owner/builder, custom residential homes.
